The Woodland Explorers Award Program is about getting young people to engage with the natural environment and to learn new skills outside the classroom with practical hands-on activities. The program is aimed at young people aged between 8 to 12 years old. The award is divided into three levels Bronze, Silver, and Gold. There are 12 main Key Skill Areas, which are then subdivided into activities of different skill level. We are running two three day programs and the children will progress through the skill levels.
Camp notes
This Woodland Exploreres Award will build on the childrens learning from the summer.
All children are welcome between the age of 8 years to 13 years old.
